which assertions, but the two assertions that I made would seem to be regarding your assertion that:

That is what your quote above would seem to imply. They made the laws you put in parentheses and presumably you want those laws enforced.
Assertion 2). "but not judges?"
You explicitly said that the judges should not be the decision makers regarding environmental regulations.
