that claim? Are you citing particular demographic, cultural or economic groups or are you talking about the nation's population in aggregate? Additionally, do you believe it reasonable that a person diagnosed with a brain tumor, a potentially fatal condition be required to wait 13 months for an MRi before treatment can commence? Does the extended wait time for remedial medical services make that person healthier?
