competing or recruiting.
Unfortunately, our climate scares the southern athlete. Heck (no cussing anymore) it scares people who live here. Winter here sucks. COMO isn't Austin, Baton Rogue, Columbia SC, and there is no ocean, palm trees or a mild winter.
Truthfully, I've always felt MU has been the red-haied step child of the SEC. The refs always seem to screw MU and I don't usually complain about refs. It's hard to win when the deck is stacked or when there are house schills at the table.
ADs have made bad decisions that have hurt the programs.. I like neither HC. Both seem to be "culture builders" and not know the xs and os. They leave that to others. We should have had Self, and Sampson and Callipardi. all of whom would have come at the time the bball job was open. The AD gets influenced by $ people, PC, and their own stupidity.
The fan base is like all fan bases, they turn out for a winner. Our NIL offers aren't out of line like ku, who paid 2 million for a flop.BREAKING NEWS ZOUNAMI; I'll tell you this which anyone with common sense would know. Our top paid by NIL athlete is....
Mark Mitchell....no duh.. how much? more than most here make. A vfraction of what ku paid Dickerson.
