NASA is just glorified administrators. Most of them are there because their family member worked there and are leftover from the shuttle days. Tell me why aren't the space suits the same to be used in both capsules. And they move launches all the time. So if they wanted them back sooner it could have happened. But that was Bill's call (Nelson)
