work the refs, doesn't motivate players defensively...
During games, he stands there on the sidelines like a fvcking statue – utterly clueless – while opposing coaches work the refs, rally their troops, draw up plays...
The disparity is amplified in the NCAA Tournament when opposing coaches have more time (and incentive) to study film and game-plan against him.
It doesn't matter how much NIL money we pour into his roster every offseason – we'll never win anything meaningful as long as he's our "coach".
