Norm isn't even a reasonable comparison. He comes from an entirely different CBB landscape.

Quin Snyder was a highly coveted hire, having been an assistant with the LA Lakers, and having huge success with Coach K at Duke. He also made the Elite 8 at Mizzou in his 3rd year.

Your comparisons are RIDICULOUS.
