that all 5 players on the court are capable of shooting 3s for the most part. Gray & Shaw deserved more opportunities. Most successful teams have "glue" guys. The glue guys are the ones getting the 50-50 balls are doing the intangibles. When Crews & Grill became more of a focus it was clear that defense was de-valued.
