I have to admit this loss stings the worst. We got out played by a mid major and all this gaunlet of a schedule did nothing to prepare us when it counted. Everyone knew Drake would try and control the pace with lesser athletes and that is exactly what happened. Good teams overcome that and we did not. We need to stop being so one dimensional or this will continue to happen.
We need to invest our NIL towards more than just one quality post player. It seemed we had too many guards and who all can’t play at once. I can never question our effort most of the time. We had a great group of players who all had pride and played well together at times
I just got my hopes up like everyone and for it to end like this. Very disappointing
