couldn't a good or great coach spend big money on 2 or 3 superstar types then fill the roster out inexpensively with guys who do one or two important to the team things?

I believe McCollum will do this at Iowa for a good, long while and don't be surprised when not only the Stirtz and Howards but Peelers and Rushs head north to play for a winner.

All the while poor Mizzou will still be clunking around with this or some other horribly managed kind of team.
