Agree mostly with your post. However, Harper would be better classified as a very good coach IMO. As a Springfield native, familiar with Harper, Miller, and Cunningham, let me say that Miller is the most intr1 qiguing and exciting, but she has never recruited or coached at tqhe P4 level. Cunningham is an exceptional coach ( better than Harper IMO) who was the Associate Head Coach at Notre Dame when they won the National Championship and appeared in several Final 4s. She was the position coach for 3 guards who went on to playin the WNBA. Many on this Board seem unfamiliar with her qualifications.
In regards to Miller she grew up in Springfield and was a huge Lady Bears fan attending all the Lady Bear games. She is very intelligent (valedictorian at Kickapoo) and no doubt witnessed how Missouri University treated SMSU, which was as a second class university. MU fought tooth and nail for years to keep SMSU from getting their name changed to Missouri State. What goes around comes around so it came as no surprise to me Miller showed no interest in Missouri's coaching job.
