Weird, I was just looking at Kenpom seed outliers

Only 2 teams in the KP top 15 are worse than 4 seeds: Us and Gonzaga.
Memphis obviously stands out on the other side. They are a unique situation as I really think they got bored in their awful conference and dicked around with bad teams, causing their rankings to free fall because they were often times not performing to projection. Their entire league only has 1 other team in the KP top 100 and they had lots of close wins in league play over teams ranked 130+.
In the non con they beat us, Clemson, Ole Miss, UConn, and Michigan St. So I really think they are kind of a misleading outlier.
