I go back to poor coaching. You have to run better offense

and you have to coach Grill and Crews on what a good shot is. Actually, you shouldn't have to, but they obviously do not get it. I love Grill, and if he plays "within himself", he can be damn good. He tries to back cut, which is the right thing to do. We just need a better defined offense to make those plays work more consistently. Crews needs more bench time, he is not a P5 player if he is not hitting shots. He has only had 2-3 games where he has been on. That is not enough, IMO.
