I get it where refs will miss a call - things happen fast and they're essentially stationary at floor level.

I'd love to have the rationale why that wasn't a hook and hold upon seeing it on review. It was clear what was going on and who initiated - and maintained - the contact.

It was literally the text of the rule.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
