not logged into the webpage through a browser gives me different results.

Amazon uses algorithms to present items to customers and often preferences for those which makes more money for Amazon.

I found this out when shopping for a winter coat. A Google search gave me choices in the browser that I could not get logged into with the app. With the app instead I was presented with similar no name brand coats. I was looking for a specific brand name coat.

I got around this by going through the Google search result link, adding it to my cart, then logging into the website and ordering.
