Unable to “FULLY” Develop Pitchers

Larissa Anderson is known to have the ability to transform pitchers as they progress thru the years…BUT… she seems to only be able to improve upon their skills so far and that’s it. They then become stagnant in their progress. Could be a number of reasons but it’s seems to be a trend of hers for “most” (not all) of her pitchers that are on the bubble of natural talent. I’d start to worry that McCann will transfer out after this season. She appears to have a larger upside than is being tapped.
