'Fame' defined by sophisticated actuarial for all statistics, heavily weighted on wins and post-season wins and championships even more so.
Idiots have objected that this is 'pay-for-play' but in the NIL game it's simply worded as pay for fame.
Bottom line is: of course NIL should contain material incentives for both wins and championships and even conference placing.
Programs which figure this out are aligning incentives with desired outcomes which is how the free-market operates...
Ignoring all of this leads to CC (cashing checks) without much concern for playing or winning more games (which frankly is a ton of work).
