you’re dealing with total professional athletes now making very good money. these guys are older with families and some cases they are supporting. Some see that the end is near and may not really care to play for another couple of weeks because perhaps they aren’t paid any extra money.
The coaches that can overcome that at this time of year are the ones that will win out. And I’m not pointing to Missouri in particular - it could happen to Auburn, Florida anybody. But that could be part of what’s happening with our team. There’s just a few guys that want to get it over with and move on to the next paycheck
