Well based on his results now you can say underrated however I would also say overrated.
Considering the lack of facilities he at least competed he didn't win, he didn't make the playoffs, a few times he didn't make the sec tournament but their teams also got screwed. A few times they should have made the playoffs however it just comes down to they can't take every SEC team.
With all that being said he didn't outwork anyone... he wasn't a great recruiting he didn't live on the baseball fields during the summer. The Tennessee coach did.
He's a bit of both. In the end he failed to convince ANYONE donors or otherwise to invest in the program.
The new coach he won't get anyone to invest either.
Mizzou needs to hire someone to lives and breaths baseball... desire to win is second to none. This carries over on the field as well with donors who he needs to convince to invest.
They should just drop the program because its an embarrassment
