The UNLV coach and Fairfield coach could be the best choices for Mizzou. The UNLV coach has experience at the highest level. Playing and coaching at Stanford gives you a clear understanding of what is needed for a successful basketball program. The Fairfield coach has been outstanding in her career so far, and I think she is a driven toward success person.
All of the coaches listed are good and I would be happy with them.
Hoyt from Oklahoma State is another one high on my wish list.
Whoever is selected they need a few things:
Competitive NIL with most SEC teams, at least in the middle of the pack
Have some good players on their team that are willing to transfer to Mizzou
Enough money for a really good staff of assistants
