refroze on the ground as slush....with a texture to it like little waves in places.
Front porch, steps, and driveway was a sheet of ice but it was just warm enough when I put ice melt down I could hear the ice popping.
Office parking lot is sh*t and I nearly slipped 3 times to get inside.
