One time my neighbors house got TP'd

kids these days don't know what they're doing, there was over half a roll intact going from the palm tree to the street. I went to pick it up-it was absolutely the softest nicest toilet paper I'd ever felt. Seriously, it was like a sheet of cotton. This was during the Covid shortages'-If it had been my kid there would be hell to pay for taking it. I rolled as much of it up as I could and took it to my bathroom. It was awesome and even though it was like only 2/3 roll it lasted a long time. I have searched in vain to figure out what it was
