Somehow Duke is #1 in both Pomeroy and Torvik

Also beat a top-15 Arizona in Tucson, btw.
Pomeroy has them ahead of #2 Auburn by a substantial margin. Torvik has them very slightly ahead of #2 Houston (!).
Duke isn't overrated at all but they haven't accomplished much in 2025. Auburn has a much better résumé and is appropriately a near-lock for the overall #1. However AU has had good statistical "luck" in pulling out a lot of close wins.
Duke being relatively untested the past 10 weeks is a valid concern for them.
