Trying to handicap how many times the trump will lie tonight is difficult. Mainly because its uncertain how long he will lie to the American people. I think a better method would be to handicap how many times per minute he will lie. I put it at 1.1 lies /minute.
The odds of the trump not lying are infinitesimally small.
Betting one dollar that the trump will not lie one time

The bookies would clean up if anyone is stupid enough to take that bet that he won't.
