On a much larger role like Bush and Trumps first term. Can’t say I liked or was impressed by either of those VPs but they were obviously the brains and adult in the room of those admin.

I don’t think Vance is capable of that, despite given Trumps current conditions he is obviously the least capable president by a wide margin. I don’t mean the above as a critique of Vance as a VP, more as a human
