I axed how it would benefit US taxpayers for starters.
A good chunk of these minerals are in areas controlled by Putin.

And the trump is offering NOTHING to Ukraine in return.
Absolutely nothing but thoughts and prayers (well not even the prayers). Its the worst "deal" in history for Ukraine and the US taxpayers get nothing either.
