Yet again, you are trying to play a little game of ignoring the behavior of dem activists in shopping around for a friendly liberal judge for the sole purpose of getting a friendly ruling.

They'll get it, then stall, delay the process out in hopes of winning the next election.

all while pontificating we must respect the judiciary! (when they rule in our favor, if not we should add more judges pack the supreme court).
