adopted by Trump's democrat opposition. Wasn't it just a few years ago that someone, a President I think famously stated, "elections have consequences"? The fact is, the Constitution vests all executive power and authority in a President and only he can delegate it through his appointees. Neither judges, Congressmen or unelected bureaucrats hold this authority. The CS law was unconstitutional and will be overturned, likely within this calendar year.
