it was certainly "less effective" effort. Grill was working his tail off, but not getting results. Pierce hustled to get rebounds and try to make plays. Shaw was bouncing side to side like a pinball off bumpers trying to set a screen. It didn't seem like an effort issue, unless you mean Arky's effort.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
