Coach Gates puts players in that help run his system 🐅players that can switch Defensely…Players that can play down hill(attacking the rim) and players that Can SHOOT The 3 Ball…..Mr. Shaw has shown he doesn’t do any of those things I just mentioned….But if Mr.Shaw REBOUNDED (Elite/ offensive and defensive) that would give more possession for the team, thus keeping him on the floor…Think about this🤔 your best rebounder (not average wise/or maybe he is ) is your best go too shooter🫵🏽 Caleb Grill(and his rebounding is ALL Effort)…if Mr.Shaw did that load(rebounding) Mr. Grill might be shooting 50% across the board 2pts/3pts)….who else is a consistent rebounder on that squad…There is a Big Need for that Job(Rebounding controls the tempo of Every Game)…Pay attention to the teams that rebound well🤔
