This team has got me thinking, when is the last time we were this deep. I know we had some strong squads under Mike Anderson and even the Frank Haith team that flamed out early in the tourney. But for sure, the Haith team went only 6 to 7 deep. This team appears to go a legit, 8 to 11 deep. For me, I have to go back to my Freshmen year (1988-1989) to find a squad with this much depth. That year, Peeler started the season coming off the bench.
