Because there is no sensible moment or scientific discovery that can be tied to the changing of the word gender from sex to whatever the hell someone says they are. It's been intentionally morphed so that anyone who has any feeling or deviance, can be normalized by saying it's their gender. It's no different than lefties changing from global warming to climate change. It's word invention to justify a cause.
