Make no mistake... the U.S./ not Russia/ violated the NATO agreement.
In 1962, we told Russia there was no way we would allow Soviet ballistic missiles in Cuba and used the military blockade (technically an act of War) to force the removals.
We had no right to use the Ukrainian people and their territory to build up an offensive military presence on the border with Russia.
