Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said he received a tip that Trump auditors discovered evidence that up to $49 billion in aid designated for the Ukraine was syphoned off and diverted to several Cayman Islands private bank accounts. He didn't say whether this scheme was discovered by the DOGE auditors or from a whistleblower's tip.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
