Unfortunately, based on early budgets by Congress, I am not sure we will see that much cut.

The first round cut a whole 2 trillion dollars, but over a 10 year period. And my pessimism says that is 2 trillion dollars from the growth, and not really a cut, as that is what is called "cuts" in DC.

Trump's best chance is a series of vetoes
