Mind you, I love me some Gates BBQ. It's amazing. I've probably been there several dozens of times over the years.
There's a "Now Hiring" sign outside, with a sign next to it that says "Equal Opportunity Employer"
My ass. The next white guy I see working at a Gates will be the first. Do I give a ****? No. But I do notice that nobody else does, either.
