And proudly so in many cases. A lot of the normal Missourians have moved across state lines, and as a result Kansas has actually become the more normal of the two. It’s really been a drastic (and unfortunate) shift to observe.

I’m still very proud to be Missourian. But it definitely carries a connotation of being overtly ignorant and backwards now, which is a shame.
