They are starting to do that with the move to beat up on musk.

Because we all know how radical liberals feel about power to unelected bureaucrats.

But the big point here I think is that the messaging is not the problem with the Marxists. It's the message. They can't tell the truth about what they want to do. They can only lie about it, and that often works. Rush Limbaugh said many many times over the years that the reason that they lie all the time is that if they told the truth about what they really wanted to do, no one would vote for them.

So if they really, really, really, really believe that boys should play on girls' sports teams and use girls' locker rooms, if they really, really, really, really believe that the border should be flung wide open, if they really believe that Criminals should be set free to prey on innocent citizens and if they really believe that the United States is the culprit and the biggest problem in the world.... not sure you can sugarcoat that.

At least not after four years of whispering Joe Biden, and all his lies.

And an equally large problem for the Marxists is that if they say they have changed their minds on those issues, who would believe them?

The Democrat party is in serious serious trouble. Probably nothing they can't lie or cheat their way out of, but they will have to make serious adjustments. Probably not ethical or legal ones, but serious ones.
