Although it's way too early to read too much into the individual statistics from the first weekend of games, it does at least give a glimpse of who is starting out well.

Just looking at batting average, top performers so far are:
Abruscato (.438), Cahalan (.364), Crenshaw (.357), Ebbs (.333) and Daly (.308) - would be nice to keep at least five batters above .300.

Taking walks and hits into account, top performers for on-base percentage to date:
Abby Hay (hitting so-so but great OBP at .529), Crenshaw (.500), Abruscato (.471)

Walker leads with home runs at 2, while Abruscato, Hay, and Crenshaw each have one home run

Abrusco leads in slugging percentage followed closely by Cahalan! and Hay (the two of them are tied)

Still struggling at the plate
The one that jumps out at me right away is Mya Dodge. She had a good batting average before she came to Mizzou (admittedly at a lower league level), struggled last year, and has not started off too well this year. Hopefully she will come around.

Madison Uptegrove who was a sensational batter in high school has started slow, but hopefully she will catch up to the level of pitchers soon.

For pitching ERA, McCann has 1.24, Harrison 1.75 (more innings incl. Duke) and Pannell at 3.50. Donahue and Touchet have only pitched a couple innings each, with the latter yet to give up a run.

For fielding, Walker, Cahalan, and Smith all have one error, Daly has two
