State - #stayed in state - misc notes

Iowa - 9/10 - iowa kids tend to stay close every year, with ISU keeping 6 and Iowa keeping 3

Georgia - 7/10 - 6 to UGA, 1 to GTech. like Florida, lots of talent here and a lot wind up staying home
SC - 7/10 - usc 5, clemson 2. 13 of the top 20 stayed in-state

Kentucky - 6/10 - uk 4, l'ville 2
Michigan - 6/10 - top 4 all went to UM, MSU got 2
Mississippi - 6/10 - 4 to ole miss, 2 to msu
Nebraska - 6/10 - not a lot of talent here
NY - 6/10 - all to syracuse
Ohio - 6/10 - all to osu. MU got #s 11, 14 and 18

Alabama - 5/10 - 5 to auburn, ZERO to bama. this is a big shift for the state
Louisiana - 5/10 - all 5 to LSU. this year LSU signed 8 in-state 4*s
Oklahoma - 5/10 - all to ou. osu remaining in the b12 might be a death sentence
Pennsylvania - 5/10 - all to pedo st. MU got #7
Texas - 5/10 - ut 4, smu 1, aTm 0. there are 51 4*s and 8 5*s in texas, so even if they're not getting all of the top 10, there are more than enough that stay home
Washington - 5/10 - all to uw

Arizona - 4/10 - all 4 to arizona, 0 to asu
Arkansas - 2/5 - not a lot of talent here
DC - 2/5 - one to Maryland, one to Virginia
kansas - 4/10 - ksu 3, ku 1. MU got their #7
Minnesota - 2/5 - both gophers
NC - 4/10 - duke 2, nc & ncst each 1
Oregon - 2/5 - 1 to oregon, 1 to oregon st, and 3 to washington
Utah - 4/10 - 2 to utah, 2 to byu
Wisconsin - 4/10 - all to uw

Florida - 3/10 - all 3 to UF, but MU got 2 of their top 10. but tons of talent here and Miami and FSU get their share
Tennessee - 3/10 - ut 2, vandy 1

California - 2/10 - both to USC and only 1 other stayed on the west coast (oregon)
Colorado - 1/5 - CU got one but not much talent here
Indiana - 2/10 - both to ND. UI's on-field success didn't translate to in-state recruiting success
Maryland - 2/10 - both to the terps
Massachusetts - 1/5 - lone one went to BC
Missouri - 2/10 - kind of a light year in-state
NJ - 2/10 - both to rutgers
Virginia - 2/10 - both to vtech

Connecticut - 0/10 - top 4 all signed with ND
Hawaii - 0/5 - one left sunny hawaii for lincoln, nebraska
Illinois - 0/10 - oof. fat bert's sales pitch isn't landing any in-state guys. MU to 2 4* guys from IL - #5 and #13
Nevada - 0/5 - not many here, but all 5 are 4*
