You didn’t prove Gates was a DEI hire. He had a track record before the hire. You don’t know of where he was on the candidate list or how many others turned down ahead of him.
All you have is a political statement by DRF and because *you* had never heard of Gates and saw he was black, you created a fiction around your racism.
