It’s speaking in a language unfamiliar to you but familiar to those who need to hear the gospel. Read acts.
It’s like if I went to Finland. If the Holy Spirit saw fit I would speak Finnish so the natives there could receives Gods word. I wouldn’t be spewing gibberish and foaming from the mouth like this apostate.
