it's what they'd be doing (have been doing). Sparky probably doesn't realize how routinely govt. institutions are hacked, leaking PII of American Citizens to bad guys all the time, which is then used in social engineering schemes to defraud said citizens financially. Thanks GOVT and the idiots who routinely fvck up running it. Sure wouldn't want someone on the outside having a look at where the money is going! LOL
