I stopped in to renew my plates during lunch --had my inspection/pp tax receipts/insurance cards-- and some guy got into a dispute with some lady clerk and next thing I know he was yelling /cursing at her and the next thing I know here come the cops. This is in Maryland Heights--not exactly north st. louis. I asked my clerk and she said it happens at least once a month where cops have to come. Bizarre
