Moe is an idiot. I'm not a Stephen A Smith fan, but DEI did not come about because people thought black people were inferior. It was because racism and sexism caused many women and minorities to be passed over when they were in fact the best candidate. If that hadn't been the case, and wasn't still often the case, there would be no DEI. But some people want to pretend that there never was racism, or that it is completely gone. Big swing and a miss for T J Moe.
