Intelligently when the initial lawsuit was settled. But, they are incompetent fools, so we now have all of this chaos.
It will be good to finally have them (NCAA) out of the picture when the Presidents and Boards of the large conference programs work with Congress to have some basic guidelines in place that everyone must follow. What we have now is completely unsustainable.
