However, when it comes to banning AR-15's they ignore the fact that homicides with any sort of rifle represent a mere 3.2 percent of all homicides on average over the past decade.
They also ignore that less than 0.5% of abortions are due to rape or incest and that "essentially zero" abortions are a medical necessity...
