A very stupid person could say "Auburn will finish no better than 9-9 in the SEC this year". Now while that is in theory possible, barring an extraordinary turn of events- like Auburn using an ineligible player in 9/10 of its games or an Ebola outbreak on campus it has no basis in reality, facts or common sense.
Similarly (as in exactly) a very stupid person could say
"my senseless tariff war will lower prices, bring jobs to America and swing the balance of trade to the USA".
Nobody would believe such a thing unless that person was
was the trump. And in which case less than 50% of American voters would believe it.
The game in this case is to determine if trumpers are lying or just being duped by the liar. In this case
it truly seems the dupes believe!
