canada and mexico if they don't stop helping their worst citizens and bad guys from other nations enter our country illegally while they support the flow of dangerous drugs that are killing american citizens.

What if china, or anyone, targets a specific industry in the US and sells its competing product to the US at a financial loss to themselves.... for the express purpose of harming our companies, what should we do?
