government to find out where the money is and where it has gone. DOGE is the instrument whereby Trump does an end-run around the entrenched bureaucracy. I suspect there will be a steady flow of revelations of highly embarrassing reports. Some reports will detail incriminating information. The new departmental IGs Trump will appoint will have a field day opening investigations based on what DOGE learns. The normal bureaucratic channels are being bypassed. The American taxpayer will benefit greatly from DOGE.
