the day I got out of the Army 52 years ago this month. My plane from SF slid off the runway and into a ditch in a snowstorm. Had to slide down chutes to be taken into the terminal. Remember the terminal kept moving visually as we slid from side to side. Couple of people suffered mild injuries. But hey. OK and I was out of the Army
Remember years later flying to DC from Stl and seeing the Air Florida plane in the river that hit the 14th street bridge. Like 1982
